어제 포스팅을 했어야 했는데
왜 이렇게 바쁜거죠?
결국 하루가 지나버렸네요.

I was supposed to post this story yesterday.
Nowadays why have I spent so busy days?
공항에 도착해서 조금 걷다보면
케이세이라인 매표소가 보여요.
사실 고은이는 이때 당시 만 5세라
교통은 무료로 탈 수 있었어요.
In Narita airport,
you can get to the Keisei Skyline ticket office.
Goeun, my daughter, was 5 years old,
so she could get on the train for free.
하지만 케이세이라인을 한참을 타고
도쿄에 들어가야 하다보니
아무래도 한 자리에 같이 갈 수는 없을 것 같았어요.
But I thought that
because we had to sit in the train more than one hour,
it would be better to get her own seat.
전 한국에서 미리 케이세이라인과
몇몇 입장권 및 각종 패스를 예매해서 들어왔어요.
I had purchased some kinds of tickets in advance
like passes for Keisei Sky line and for Ooedo Onsen.
예매한 패스 역시 이곳에서 교환해야 하고요.
And I had to exchange my e-ticket with a real one.
예매한 것 교환하면서 고은이 것도 한 장 추가로 구입했어요.
1240엔이었어요.
So, Getting my real pass for Keisei Skyline,
I purchased one for Goeun.
It was ￥1,240.
그런데....
이분들 영어를 못하세요.
The officers couldn't speak English.
그래서 표 주고 저는 영어로, 매표소 직원은 일본어와 짧은 영어로
대충 대충 대화하며 발권했어요.
So we had to communicate each other tactfully.
케이세이라인에 탑승했어요.
넓고 쾌적하고 좋더라고요.
We got on the train.
It was wide and clean.
문 위에 모니터가 있는데
우리나라와 마찬가지로
다음 역 안내 같은 것이 나왔어요.
사진엔 일본어랑 영어로만 찍혔지만
한국어로도 나오니 걱정 안해도 될 것 같아요.
Over the door,
there was a monitor to inform the next station.
It shows information in English, Japanese and Korean.
케이세이라인을 타고 신바시역에서 내렸어요.
We got off the Skyline at (maybe) Sinbasi subway station.
여기서 오오에도 온천을 가기 위해
유리카모메선으로 갈아탈 거예요.
We were going to transfer to Yurikamome line
to go to Ooedo Onsen.
신바시역에서 우선 파스모카드를 구입했어요.
I purchased Passmo transportation card.
보증금은 500엔이었고요.
2500엔을 충전했어요.
I had to pay ￥500 for deposit.
I could get it back later.
And I charged the passmo card ￥2500.
유리카모메선으로 갈아타러 가고 있어요.
혹시나 고은이를 데리고
말도 안통하는 낯선 곳에서 엄청 헤맬까봐
한국에서 어마어마하게 검색하고
구체적으로 동선까지 다 짜서 간 터라
구글맵도 켜놓긴 했었지만
쉽게 찾아갈 수 있었어요.
You can see the station for Yurikamome line.
From Korea, I had searched and studied a lot
how to go to our destinations in Tokyo
in case I would have trouble going around with Goeun.
And with the help of Google map, I could go anywhere easily.
역에서 나와선 오오에도 온천을 찾느라
좀 헤매긴 했지만
드디어 찾았어요!!
Outside of the station,
We got lost and wandered around Ooedo Onsen
but we found it!
엄청 유명한 곳이라
사람이 바글바글할 줄 알았는데
의외로 건물 밖엔 사람이 거의 없었어요.
The onsen is very famous,
so I thought there were many people around the building.
But I couldn't see a single person on the street.
캐리어에서 필요한 짐만 가방에 넣은 다음
캐리어는 건물 밖에 있는 라커에 넣었어요.
캐리어 보관료는 400엔이었어요.
I put my baggage in the coin-locker.
the fee for keeping was ￥400.
잔돈이 없어
일부러 자판기에서 생수를 사 마셨네요.
I didin't have change,
so I bought a bottle of water from the vending machine to make change.
우리나라는 코인이 필요한 곳이면
옆에 거스름돈 기계가 보통 다 있는 편인데
일본은 그런 것이 없어서 좀 불편했어요.
In Korea,
if there is a machine requiring coins,
there must be another machine for changing coins.
In Japan, I couldn't find the change machine,
so I thought it was inconvenient.
건물 밖에만 사람이 없는 거였어요.
들어갔더니 꽤 많더라고요.
Inside the Onsen, there were many people.
입장하자마자 보이는 모습을 찍었는데
역시나 일본이에요.
온천 관련 만화 캐릭터들이 먼저 보이네요.
We could see characters related with Onsen story in comic books on the wall.
전 오오에도 온천 입장권도
한국에서 미리 예매해 왔었어요.
I bought a ticket for Ooedo onsen from Korea.
성인권만 예매가 가능해서
고은이는 예매하지 못했는데
나중에 나가면서 안에서 쓴 비용과
고은이 이용료까지 한꺼번에 결제하면 되요.
But Ticket-selling site sells e-tickets only for adults.
That's why I didn't buy a ticket for Goeun.
The clerk said we would have to pay total expense when leaving.
우리나라 찜질방처럼
입구에서 결제카드 역할을 해줄 라커룸 열쇠도 받고
찜질복이 아닌 유카타도 받았어요.
I received a locker room key which was used to play a role like a credit card.
유카타 디자인은 고를 수 있는데
좀 어려웠어요. ㅎㅎ
We could choose Yukata in which we had to be inside the facility.
It was a little bit hard for me to choose the design.
우선 유카타를 입고 입장해보았어요.
어떻게 입는지는 라커룸 있는 곳에
설명서가 잘 붙어져 있어요.
On the locker room,
you can see how to wear Yukata.
입장하니 로비??? 같은 곳에
많은 식당들, 매점들이
마치 시장처럼 꾸며져 있었어요.
신기해서 한참 둘러봤더랬지요.
After wearing Yukata, we turned around the facility.
It looked like a theme park.
안쪽으로도 굉장히 넓어서
우리가 어디로 왔었는지
여탕으로 연결되는 곳과
밖으로 연결되는 출입구를 찾아 눈여겨 봐두었어요.
It was very large,
so I tried to remember where the locker room door is.
매점(?)마다 저렇게 앉아서 먹을 수 있는 곳들이
마련되어 있었어요.
There were seats for eating.
결제는 라커룸 열쇠를 주면 되고요.
나가면서 한꺼번에 정산하게 되요.
If you want to buy some food
or play games,
you can give your locker room key to a clerk.
You'll pay all the things later.
우선 금강산도 식후경이라고
점심을 먹어야 하니까
쭉 둘러보다가 그나마 만만해보이는 것을 시켰어요.
We ordered noodle and rice combination
and three pieces of fried dimsum for lunch.
매콤하게 아카카라 라멘 세트와 만두를 시켰는데
만두는 고은이가 먹었고요.
라멘은 제 입맛에 맞지 않았어요.
만두까지 포함해서 1410엔이었는데
생각해보니 정말 가성비 별로네요...
The noodle I ordered is called Akakara ramen.
It means it is spicy noodle.
Actually, the noodle was not to my taste.
Goeun ate dimsum.
The foods were ￥1,410.
I thought it was not good choice.
고은이를 뭘 더 먹여야할 것 같아
결국 한국분이 운영하시는 곳에 가서
김밥 작은 것과 생수를 사다 먹였어요.
김밥 작은 건 정말 몇 조각 없는 거였어요.
김밥과 생수 500엔이었어요.
이것도 비싸네요. 관광지니까 어쩔 수 없는 거겠죠?
So we bought another food, called Gimbab at Korean store.
한국에도 있는거지만
고은이와 스티커사진을 찍어본 적이 없어서
기념 삼아 한 장 찍어보기로 했어요.
We took sticker pictures.
I used to do many times when I was young,
But it was the first time to do it with Goeun.
짠~
고은이가 생각보다 신이 나 있어서 좋았어요.
She really liked it.
아무래도 점심이 부실한 것 같아서
돌아다니다가 크레페를 사줬어요.
바나나 초콜릿 스페셜 크레페였어요.
I thought the food was not enough,
so I bought her Banana chocolate special crepe.
대충 550엔? 600엔? 쯤이었는데
잘 모르겠어요.
고은이가 굉장히 맛있어하며 좋아했어요.
I can't remember how much it was.
Maybe it was ￥550 or ￥600.
She said it was really delicious.
노천탕이 있는 곳으로 나와보았는데
어머나.. 여기 너무 예뻐요~!
정말 잘 가꾸어놓았더라고요.
이래서 여기가 유명한 거였군요.
There were open-air baths.
This place looked like a beautiful garden.
I really loved this place.
이렇게 군데군데 발 담글 수 있는
노천탕이 있었어요.
사진은 못찍었는데
일본 만화책에 종종 등장하는
종이뜰채 체험을 했었어요.
Before coming outside,
we tried picking toys with paper scoop.
It was very expensive.
But when I read Japanese comic books,
that play always appeared at Matchuri, a Japanese festival.
한 번에 400엔인가? 그랬는데
종이뜰채가 찢어질 때까지 쓸 수 있고
엄지손가락보다 작은 각종 만화캐릭터 장난감들이
물 위에 둥둥 떠있었죠.
It was ￥400 a paper scoop.
On the pool, there were lots of little toys.
다행히 고은이가 잘 아는 코코밍으로
하나 건졌어요.
Fortunately, I scooped Violet, which was one of the characters in Cocoming
Goeun really likes the animation.
고은이가 손에 들고 있는 것이
그 코코밍이에요.
물 위에 띄워도 보고 사람들 구경도 하고
좀 걷기도 하고
좋네요~
We enjoyed ourselves.
물 온도는 군데 군데 달랐어요.
이곳은 따끈한 곳이었는데
The water temperature is different from each pool.
사진 외의 곳에 뜨거운 곳이 있었고
고은이가 한 번 발 담갔다가 뜨거워 화들짝 나오자
안에 계시던 분들이 웃으시더라고요. ㅎㅎ
The water in another pool was so hot.
Goeun tried dipping her foot there and was surprised.
So some people smiled at her.
여탕에 들어가면
한국 대형 목욕탕이나 찜질방과 크게 다르지 않아요.
In women's bath,
it is similar with Sauna in Korea.
온탕에서 만난 독일 여성분과
한참을 얘기했는데
In warm bath, I met a woman from Germany.
혼자 한 달째 일본 여행 중이라고 하시더라고요.
She said she traveled Japan alone for a month.
그 여유가 내심 부러웠어요. ㅎㅎ
I envied the freedom of her ;)
숙소로 가는 길도
아무래도 험난할 것 같아
저녁까지는 안 먹고 일찌감치 나왔어요.
Before dinner,
we got out of the Onsen.
Because I couldn't be sure how long it would take to get to the hotel.
다시 유리카모메선을 탔어요.
유리카모메선은 일반 JR선보단 조금 비싸요.
We got on the Yurikamome line again.
This line is more expensive than other lines.
여튼 유리카모메 선을 타고
JR선을 또 갈아타고 해서
We transferred to JR line to go to Ningyocho station.
중구에 있는
니혼바시 사이보호텔로 갔어요.
We stayed Hotel Nihonbasi Saibo near the station.
이곳을 결정한 이유는
1. 3박 4일간의 동선의 중심쪽에 위치한 곳이었고
2. 합리적인 가격에 깨끗한 객실이었어요.
The reasons I chose this hotel were that
1. it is located at the center of our moving line.
2. it was reasonable price and clean.
오오에도 온천도,
지하철타고 오는 것도 다 좋았는데
니혼바시 닌교쵸역에서
호텔로 향하는 출구를 못찾아 헤맸어요.
Outside Ningyocho station,
I couldn't find the way out to the hotel
so we got lost.
일반 작은 건물로 통해서 나오게 되어 있었어요.
샌들을 신고, 가방 메고,
한 손엔 캐리어,
다른 한 손엔 고은이를 데리고
이따금씩 휴대폰으로 맵을 봐가며
길 찾는 게 왜 이리 힘들던지요.
I wore sandals,
shouldered my bag,
drew my baggage
and held my daughter's hand.
It was really really really tough.
고은이가 오죽했으면
힘들어송을 만들어 부르더라고요.
She made her own song and sung.
이제 음은 기억나지 않지만
가사는 대략 이랬어요.
The lyrics were like
"다리는 아픈데
계속 걷고 있는데
계단은 계속 있고
호텔은 언제 도착하나"
"My legs are hurt,
I keep walking and walking
there are countless stairs.
When are we gonna arrive at the hotel."
뭐 이런 가사였어요. ㅋㅋ
묻고, 헤매고, 돌아서고,
또 다시 돌아온 길을 다시 가고
그 와중에 고은이가 화장실 가고 싶다고 해서
어딘지 헷갈리지만 아까 봤던 화장실을 향해 뛰고...
I was asking, wandering and turning back.
Meanwhile Goeun wanted to pee
so we hurried to the toilet inside the station.
아... 고은이에게도 그랬겠지만
저에게도 전쟁이었어요.
Oh.......
It was almost war to not only Goeun but me.
그리고 드디어!!!
Then finally!!!!!
니혼바시 사이보 호텔이 보입니다.
엉엉ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
We found it!
엘리베이터도 굉장히 좁았고
객실도 오밀조밀 모여있었어요.
그래도 아늑한 느낌이 들어 좋네요~
It was very cozy.
저희가 묵었던 객실이에요.
802호였던 것 같아요
숙소에 오고 나서야
드디어 안도감이 들더라고요.
We stayed at number 802 room.
We could relax after entering the room.
2명 겨우 잘만한 더블베드예요.
일본 호텔 객실은 좁다고 해서
얼마나 좁겠나 싶었더니
정말 상상 이상이었어요.
It is double bed but small.
I hear that
hotels in Japan are very small though
it was smaller than I had thought.
욕실도 굉장히 좁지만
있을 건 다 있어요.
사진을 찍진 못했는데
1층 로비 엘리베이터 앞에 보면
각종 입욕제 같은 것들이 있어서
필요한 만큼 들고 와서 쓸 수 있었어요.
At the lobby,
you can pick up some bath preparion things.
첫날은 몰라서 못썼고
그 이후엔 하루에 하나씩 들고 와서
고은이랑 즐겁게 잘 사용했어요.
On the first day, I couldn't use bath preparation
because I didn't know that.
From the next day, we enjoyed one.
일본은 모든 수도꼭지가 거의 다 센서로 작동했어요.
물론 사이보 호텔 수도꼭지는 센서로 작동하진 않았지만
위에서 누르면 적당한 시간 후에 물이 자동으로 끊겼어요.
비데 설치되어 있었고요.
In Japan, almost all the faucets are automatic ones.
Saibo hotel doesn't have automatic faucet,
but it works with pressing and stops automatically.
이렇게 고단했던 첫날이 끝이 났어요.
물론 저는 고은이를 재우고 나서
일기도 쓰고 이것 저것 정리하고 나서 잤지요.
So, it was our first tough day.
Even Goeun was sleeping,
I had lots of things to do though.
둘째날은 아사쿠사에서 기모노를 체험하기로 했어요.
We were going to try Kimono, Japanese traditional costume on the next day.
